SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
FeastFur currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after dispatch. Some take up to 14 business days depending on carrier routing and your location.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@feastfur.com.

Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend delivery beyond these estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll either resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll resend it once at no charge. Please double-check your address at checkout.
